Step 2: Please return the package to the following address using a courier service of your choice: Address: SunMart Lanka, No 421, High level road, Nawinna, Maharagama. Contact No: 0774 555 443

Step 3: Kindly make the payment to the courier at the time of handing over the parcel.

Step 4: Ensure that the returning package is securely sealed to avoid any damages, and prominently mention the order details (Order number/Name/Contact number) on the package.

Step 5: Returns should be made within 14 days and in the original, undamaged packaging with the tags intact. Please note that if the product is not returned in a fully resalable condition, we are unable to accept the return, and the product will be returned back to the customer.

  1.            Return via the Nearest Post Office: To initiate a return via the nearest post office, please follow these steps:

  •             Reason for the return

Step 2: Please drop off the package at the nearest post office, addressing it to: SunMart Lanka, No 421, High level road, Nawinna, Maharagama. Contact No: 0774 555 443

Step 3: Ensure that the returning package is securely sealed to avoid any damages, and prominently mention the order details (Order number/Name/Contact number) on the package.

Step 4: Returns should be made within 14 days and in the original, undamaged packaging with the tags intact. Please note that if the product is not returned in a fully resalable condition, we are unable to accept the return, and the product will be returned back to the customer.

  1.            Return via the Nearest SunMart Showroom or Online Operations Center: To initiate a return by visiting our nearest SunMart showroom or Online Operations Center, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit our Online Operations Center or the showroom closest to you.

Step 2: Returns should be made within 14 days and in the original, undamaged packaging with the tags intact. Please note that if the product is not returned in a fully resalable condition, we are unable to accept the return, and the product will be returned back to the customer.

*Exchange is possible at the Online Operations Center or showroom for the price paid for the product (excluding discounts).
